 As the buyer of this animal I agree to the following and will abide by it.

1. This cat/kitten is being purchased for a Pet kitten only. We strongly advise to have the kitten Spayed or Neutered as soon as your vet will allow it.   Pet papers will be sent only after buyer sends a copy of vet’s certificate stating kittens has been spayed or neutered.  Seller agrees to send pet only TICA registration papers in a timely manner on receipt. If kitten is not neutered within 6 months from date of birth no papers will be sent.

2. To the best of our knowledge this cat/kitten is in good health at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee end colors, markings, life, health, common or minor problems. Buyer understands this is an exotic pet and seller cannot guarantee behavior problems associated with the cat.  Please do not play with the cat with your hands. Provide plenty of toys!

3. Your new kitten should be segregated from all other animals for at least 30 days after purchase. Not keeping with this part of agreement will void this contract in its entirety.

4. Your new kitten should be taken to your vet immediately for a checkup and all necessary shots. Worming, health examinations, shots should be done in a timely manner. This cat/kitten is guaranteed against life threatening congenital defects ONLY. This is for a period not to exceed 7 days from date of sale. 5. Seller liability is replacement of the cat only. No other fees shall be incurred by seller. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat/kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed Vet, and a Vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. Seller will replace the said kitten/ cat with one of equal value at the seller’s discretion in a time period not to exceed 12 months. Seller will under no circumstances be liable for any Vet’s fees, attorney fees, transportation fees, or any other fees associated with the purchase/sale of said kitten.

6. NO CASH REFUNDS.

7. Buyer's signature below indicates full agreement of all above conditions. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.
